The Continental Divide Trail is a hiking trail in the Rocky Mountains, stretching roughly 3,000 miles from the Mexican border in New Mexico, through Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana, to the Canadian border at the north end of Glacier National Park. The CDT is managed by the Continental Divide Trail Coalition.

In 2022, I thru-hiked the CDT, hiking the trail from April 25th through October 17th.
